“Red Sky in Morning” is a 16″x12″ acylic on stretched canvas. Based on a photo that I took of Bodie Island Lighthouse, but with blue sky replaced by a stormy morning red sky. This is a statement piece, using the folk saying, “Red sky at night, sailor’s delight; Red sky in morning, sailors take warning.” The lighthouse is the warning, with black and white representing the binary choice ahead of us.

“Red Sky in Morning” is a 16″x12″ acylic on stretched canvas. Based on a photo that I took of Bodie Island Lighthouse, but with blue sky replaced by a stormy morning red sky. Framed in a black floating frame, finished size is 17″ x 13″. Shipping for the original painting will be within 3 to 4 business days, carefully packaged to protect the canvas.
